The Work: We take internal regulation and apply it to the people around us. Using decolonized Nonviolent Communication (NVC), we strip the judgment, assumptions, and coercion out of how we relate to others using a mechanical structure of needs-based conflict resolution, owning our projections, and build neuro-affirming empathy into our most important relationships.
Phase 3: STRATEGY (The Mission)
The Goal: Strategic execution and collaborative leadership.
The Work: We translate our regulated soul and clean communication into tangible business architecture -- mapping out decolonized revenue models, safeguard partnerships from entrepreneurial stress, and learn how to wield power with our communities rather than over them.
